Registering online is easy and simple and payment can be made by credit card or debit card. On the form below, select the number of  registration entries, BBQ tickets and Community Fish tickets that you wish to purchase and complete all your contact information and payment details. NOTE:  If purchasing additional registrations, you must provide the name and address of the person or persons they are intended for.

You will receive an email notification of your purchase from the Wellsville Lions Club. When you arrive for the Derby, your registration packet with your Trout Derby badge(s), BBQ and Community Fish tickets will be available for you to pick up at the Registration Desk at Derby Headquarters in Island Park.
