This year, we are offering the convenience of paying for your sponsored fish online using the form below. You should have received a notification by mail or email if any of your sponsored fish were caught. Using the form below, you can pay for those fish with a credit or debit card. 

And, don’t forget, the Wellsville Lions Charities, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Any payments are donations and are tax-exempt.

To pay for your sponsored fish, fill out the form below with the necessary contact and credit or debit card information.

 Select the number of fish in the amount that you wish to pay by clicking on the Add button next to the amount. When completing the form, please try to include the fish tag numbers that you are paying for. They were included in the notification that you received.

Please Note: when completing your payment information, there is an opportunity to donate to Zeffy, the service that we use for online sales. That donation is set to a default of 17% of your payment. If you do not want to donate that amount, simply click on the dropdown and select “Other”. You can then enter any amount you want, including zero if you prefer not to donate.
